Family owned and operated
Originally operated as The Badgeman. After a few years, the original owners joined a franchise and became Recognition Express. In 2011 we parted ways from the franchise and renamed the business Spotlight Impressions. An interesting fact about the company is that it was originally owned and operated by a husband and wife team. After a successful run, they were ready to retire and sold it to another husband and wife team. Another successful run it was then sold to their daughter and son-in-law who currently runs the business to this day keeping the tradition alive.
